We only offer refunds on full prices purchases, when a Return Authorisation (RA) number has been granted and the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Garments and leather goods must be in original saleable condition with all tags attached, dust covers (where applicable) included and in original packaging.

Any garments or leather goods that have been worn, used, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Please follow the below steps to return/exchange or to obtain a refund for your purchase:

Contact us at info@arlingtonmilne.com or (02) 8338 0242 to request a Return Authorisation Number. Note the RA number on your invoice (on your emailed purchase confirmation) and return the item within 14 days.

Postage for return items is at customers cost. We recommend using a registered and traceable method of return shipment as we do not accept responsibility or liability for lost returns.

Your return will be assessed and if it meets the returns requirements your refund will be issued onto your original form of payment. Note that credit cards can take up to 10 days to show the credit to your account.

Postage of an exchanged item will incur a $13.00 shipping fee.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not apply with this policy.

Return or Exchange on Sale Items

Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit on sale items. Sale items will only be accepted if the merchandise is faulty. Items purchased using a discount code can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
